Virtual Learning Guide

We would like to extend our warmest greetings to you, hoping that you are all safe and sound.

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! We are thrilled to be welcoming our students back to school. Our continued commitment to fostering learning, flexibility, and the ability to communicate effectively will undoubtedly help our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Thank you for your patience and support while we worked through distance learning during the last year. Your assistance and cooperation have greatly influenced bridging the educational gaps during the period of virtual learning.
Dhahran Ahliyyah school has been preparing early to receive its students through a number of programs and procedures as the following:
  • Academic enrichment programs during summer by Numou Educational Centre.
  • Updating and maintenance of our schools’ facilities.
  • Early return of our staff for professional development.
  • Embedding precautionary and safety measures in order to be ready to welcome our students back.
Hence, we are pleased to inform you that our school is within the “green zone” as the percentage of vaccination among our staff is 100%, with more than 70% of our students are already vaccinated. We convey our thanks to the families of the vaccinated students within the age group of +12 who are fully vaccinated. We encourage the others to hurry up and get vaccinated to return to school safely.
The Teaching and Learning Process:
Based on the directions of MOE, learning will be in-person (school attendance) for the fully vaccinated students in the intermediate and secondary levels. Distance learning will be activated for kindergarten as well as the elementary level until further notice from the Ministry of Education.

Stationery and Uniforms:
 Kindly, log into the schools’ website to view the requirements of each level.
Safety and precautionary measures at DAS:
  1. Our staff, students and their families must display their Tawakkalna immunity status (fully vaccinated) upon their arrival at school.
  2. Their Temperatures are checked on a daily basis.
  3. Students and employees will be Wearing masks throughout the school day.
  4. Frequent hand sanitising.
  5. Maintaining physical distance with at least 1.5 meter apart.
  6. Students and employees must bring their own meals.
  7. Visitors are not allowed into the schools without a prior appointment via the telephone, WhatsApp, Teams or emails.
